Why use cabinet air conditioner for control cabinet

 

►The temperature fluctuates continuously throughout the year, and people need to cool down. Long term operating electrical and communication equipment also need to dissipate heat and cool down. These devices generate a large amount of heat during operation and are sensitive to high temperatures. When the temperature inside the control cabinet exceeds 40 ℃ for a long time, it will affect the stability and service life of the control equipment.



►The usual solution is to install an exhaust fan on the control cabinet to achieve cooling. However, when the fan is working, external dust, oil stains, and harmful gases will also enter the control cabinet and be adsorbed by static electricity on the surface of the circuit board. Over time, this will cause corrosion of SMT components and printed circuits, and also affect the heat dissipation of the components. The accumulated dust can also cause short circuits in the high-voltage section of the circuit board after being damp. The longer the working time of the control cabinet, the more prominent the above problems will be, and when they accumulate to a certain extent, it will cause sudden faults in the control part.
